Primary Adult

Requirements: Must be 21+ and preferably a parent of an MHS Performing Arts Student

Student Worker

Requirements: MHS Performing Arts Student worker

Usher

Description: Scan tickets and help patrons find their seats; assist for handicap seating and general auditorium directions.

Requirements: Arrive 40 minutes prior to the curtain. Need to download the LUDUS app to scan tickets at the door. You will be given the app sign-on when you arrive.

Intermission Worker

Description: Concessions & Water Sales Flower Sales Merchandise Sales

Costuming/Sewing

Description: Helping create, fix, size or maintain costumes for the show/program.

Requirements: Moderate to advanced sewing skills; sewing machine abilities would be great but not required.

Set Building/Painting

Description: Build/Construct scenic elements; painting of scenic elements and/or props.

Requirements: Any skill level is welcome and needed.

Room Monitor

Description: For choir room where youth cast will hang out during the show.

Requirements: Need to be a parent of one of our Youth Cast members.

Tech Week Meal Provider

Description: You are signing up to provide part of the cast/crew/staff meal on a particular day during show week.

Requirements: Please accommodate for a vegetarian option.

Ticket Sales

Description: Manage/Sell Tickets at the door; select patron seats, process payment (cash, credit card, venmo). Manage Will Call tickets

Requirements: Arrive 45 minutes prior to the curtain time. You will be released in time to see the start of the show.

Luncheon Volunteer

Description: This is either for the Friday Cast/Crew Celebration Luncheon or the lunch provided between the shows on Saturday

Requirements: Set-up, serving and clean-up
